Divya is an experienced Health, Wellness, and Fitness professional. Having obtained her bachelor’s degree in technology- Nutrition, and Applied Science -Dietetics, and Clinical Nutrition Services from the University of Houston, and her master’s degree in Sports Nutrition from the Institute of Sports Science and Technology, Accreditation ISPA Chicago,

She has also worked in community outreach under the extension and communication program to bring awareness in the local community about healthy eating habits and the importance of nutrition in their lives.

She is an ardent believer in the union of mind, body, and soul streamlined by healthy and mindful consumption of food. She aims to help you build a healthier lifestyle with simple changes in your diet and by building a better relationship between you and your food, because not just what you eat but also how you eat matters. She is also passionate about creating awareness of balanced and vibrant food. Her guidance will allow you to realise your health goals and achieve them at a pace that allows you to sustain the results in the long run. Divya’s love for safe and sustainable food diets and the desire to create a health-conscious community is the propelling force of Swasthya.

My approach

My methods include various effective behavioural approaches starting with reinventing your lifestyle to suit your mental and physical well-being. The next pitstop is hydration – water is a natural detoxifier and can give you a clear and light body. We curate diet plans which are simple & natural, which makes it easy to follow and get such sustainable results. I motivate one to change the perspective of exercises from being a tedious task to joyfully celebrating the body’s ability to workout .

Mental health being pivotal in one’s overall welfare, the importance of relaxation cannot be dismissed. Positivity affirmations, relaxation methods & visualisation are some of the aspects  taught during the interactive sessions to ensure the desired outcome. Finally, a good sound sleep shall complete the circadian rhythm of your body, restocking and replenishing you with plentiful energy for optimal function. I am committed to guiding you to have a kinder approach towards yourself and to build a compatible you with a cheerful personality for a better social and personal life.

The present hectic lifestyle often misleads us to overlook the food handed down to us glossed by fancy advertisements. We encourage our client to sensitise themselves to understand what they feel emotionally and physically when they have processed food/packaged food/fast food/high carb food/high fat food vs what they feel emotionally and physically when they have simple/balanced/healthy/fresh/tasty food.
