It was really wonderful and life changing experience for me having Divya as my dietician. And I won’t do justice by only calling her a dietitian, she also took care of my mental health and wellbeing. I really liked how she collected as much information about my daily lifestyle as possible to make a very specific diet plan that helps me meet my goals. I was really surprised with the difference her assistance made both physically and mentally. I gained 8 kgs in a span of only 2 months and was really happy with the results.

My sister introduced Divya when I had several health issues, one of which was fungal infection with my nails. Initially I took a one month trial, eventually with her complete care and support I could feel the difference of healthy eating within a week’s time. Divya has taken me into the healthy nutrient world with baby steps. After 3 months I moved abroad and she went extra miles to search for the products available in my new country, shared with me the supermarket links to order what suits my diet, and gave me recipes to manage with my tight schedules. Divya was supporting me on a weekly basis for almost 6 months in India and aboard. Her dedication and care stunned me. The lockdown had a lot of effect on people mainly regarding weight gain and of course which includes ME. I came to know about DIVYA suggested by my close ones. I found divya highly professional and knowledgeable about nutrition. She designed the diet plan as per my needs and she suggested the diet which helps not only with the weight loss but also skin glow from within. Mine was a 3month plan and i had a healthy weight loss not more than 2-3kgs a month, she also suggested me to do at least an hour of exercise daily. In addition to this, she also helped me in reducing my migraine attacks which used to be very severe previously and also in regularising my menstrual cycles. Even though i missed a few days where i couldnt follow the diet coz of busy schedule, she supported me and changed the diet according to my convenience. I have lost 7-9kgs weight in 3months and there is lot of change in my skin and in reducing my acne scars and spots. I would highly recommend divya to my friends and family😇😃

Working with you, was a lovely learning experience Divya. I was always under the impression that since, I was eating healthy, eating less, still was unable to loose wait, due to my thyroid issue. It is from you only I learnt that I need to add detox water in the morning, as the first thing in a day, fruits, seeds and some very healthy options in my daily diet. I still remember, during those days, I used to work till very late nights and always stretching myself to balance home and office fronts together, but thanks to your amazing diet plan, I never felt tired both physically and mentally. I used to always be on my toes with lots of energy and positivity to fight the world against whatever challenges, it would offer, for each day. POST COVID RECOVERY

I am happy to write this note of gratitude and share my experience of following a diet plan with
Divya. I consulted Divya for my post covid difficulties. She guided me through a healthy and balanced diet plan that helped me recover fast.

What makes Divya’s guidance unique is the in-depth and detailed personalized assessment of health and food habits that she conducts during the initial sessions. Later, guides to make small changes in the existing food habits and eventually to a holistic, balanced, and nutritious diet. The transition is smooth and slow, keeping the body and mind happy in the whole process of diet transition. The diet that she gives is doable and is designed taking into account of the prior/personal food habits and health history; using the natural and local foods available, and to suit the individual body type. There is no rigorous diet regime that makes it difficult to follow. Yet the diet plan that Divya suggests is very effective and helps achieve our personal health goals, whether it is healing or weight loss journey or starting healthy and proper eating habits.

I have found Divya to be very good at identifying and diagnosing health issues and highly
knowledgeable about nutrition and health; also updated in her understanding of medical
knowledge. She spent a lot of time for consultation (one hour per session, even more at times!).
Each session guides through a very detailed understanding of health and nutrition, also the
principles behind the diet that she designed. This helps us be on our own, eating a balanced and
nutritious diet and making it a natural part of our everyday eating habits. After consulting Divya, I
started several healthy food habits: starting the day with detox water and a protein-rich breakfast,
starting the meal with a salad, following a seed cycle and drinking sufficient water, and keeping
hydrated throughout the day.

Divya is sincere and caring with a patient listening ability; she respects the person's health condition and supports in the healing process. She puts her heart, mind, and soul into the work that she does.

THERAPEUTIC DIET

I had approached Divya when my doctor friend suggested me for diet and lifestyle alterations. She
took in depth analysis of my habits, schedule of the day and medical reports (Diabetes, BP, Renal)
and curated a diet plan which helped me in getting my sugar, potassium and other vitals in correct
numbers within 2 months. The diet was including of all foods that my family took, only portions were controlled and few extra items were included in it, which made it easier to follow. With multiple
complications, the water intake was limited (1.5litres/day) and Divya explained the importance of
when and how much of water to drink. She also guided me with yoga and breathing techniques
which immensely benefitted me. I also appreciated her encouragement for incorporating meditation
on daily basis in my life. I would recommend her services as a diet and lifestyle coach for everyone
who needs personalized care.
